Which is more efficient: the oil or black seed ?
Â
Â
According to Dr. Hans Wagner, both are effective and each has its own advantages of using "oil though, he says, is more concentrated than the seed itself." Andaccording to Dr. Schleicher: "why this oil is so exceptional is that it includes in itsformula all the elements necessary for its action, the various factors to complement and reinforce to overcome many ailments. However, we must first make sure to use apure oil, free of any additions. "
Â
On this point, Dr. Hans Wagner, among others, denounced the fact that someimported oils are adulterated and mixed with other oils! Other oils yet, from the Middle East in particular, are extracted using heat and hexane, a petroleumbyproduct, and lose much of their effectiveness.
